My dad joined now for phone and internet and I was impressed, you actually got to talk to real people, waiting times weren't overly long either just all round easy to deal with.

Slingshot- broadband rubbish, service disinterested and annoying, and trying to get an account that works frustrating. So now I am back shopping for an internet provider that can combine service and good pricing.

Switched to NOW 4 months ago and wished we'd done it ages ago. The difference from our previous provider is stark. NOW have excellent customer service, friendly and helpful with any questions. Speed seems to be fine and no problems with outages.
