Not happy with Spark service ...at all. I did not have unlimited plan. Had to buy more data....fine. Did not know that once I had purchased and paid for 10 gb data times 5...that I would be left without internet connection until my due date "roll over" came round. In this day and age, this should never happen. Have now changed my provider, an unlimited plan as well. Hopefully I will be better served. As a customer of Spark and previously Telecom, they have greedily accepted my money all these years, so feel very let down over this incident.

absolutely no info sent about connection setup with my own router and no email setup until i mentioned it and was told that voip could be used on a POTS line without an ATA (absolute B/S)

4g was very slow and we had to reset the modem for the home phone to work. Would have been dangerous if we had to call emergency services and you have the reset the modem first. Very poor.

I am looking at changing as we are getting fibre later this year. 2Talk is difficult to communicate with as they do not run a help desk and are I think expensive. Currently paying $100 +GSTR per month for unlimited VDSL plus 2 phone numbers and a static IP. They do not seem to have any plans faster than 100/20 on fibre.
Pros
PROS: Good if you want VOIP with answer phone services etc
Cons
CONS: Expensive compared to other offerings these days.

Have been with Slingshot for over four years. Our plan was expensive compared to new plans out there and they were not willing to look after a long term customer by adjusting our rates.
Pros
Reliable Service, we had very few connection issues
Cons
Too expensive for what we got.

Everything is fine with the connections it self. The Fiber connection price is not comparative enough. They were charging $95 a month where as other companies were providing the same at lower prices.
Pros
almost always the connection speed(Fiber) hits more than 100MBPS for spark Naked100 plan.
99% reliable just a couple of glitches in a year.. so very good.
Cons
Connection price is at the nigh end for a basic fiber 100/20 MB connection.
