Only changing due to being buggered around. Had a billing query, first person ver pleasantly said they would sort it - nothing happened. Second person knew nothing. Third person was rude and obnoxious. Committed to investigate - a month later nothing had yet happened. Fourth person in store was sort of helpful, I agreed to some concessions on the bill and was told I would get an email invoice detailing agreed changes - nothing happened again! Good reliable service. Definitely not the cheapest.

Cons

Couldn’t resolve my customer service request. Got sick of it after 2 phone calls and two in store visits.

Best provider I have ever been with. Always happy to help in any way. Have never had any issues with my internet and the team are amazing to deal with. Could not recommend them more. Have been with many of the bigger companies and no hesitation to leave them. NOW is a great local company providing great value and great internet

Ebson 3.2

After leaving them they started reporting late payments to my credit report. They overcharge old customers and give deals only to new customers. I am still trying to get my $75 that I overpayed and is sitting in my account. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Skinny was great until, we needed more people on it at the same time and had Netflix going, then it would quite often kick a computer off. We had wireless, so in summer in a holiday town it was quite often unreliable.

Pros

When I was here on my own it was excellent, and their price was good.

when I went to change to fibre I could get it cheaper so I went elsewhere

We have been with this company for a long time.
We changed providors as our monthly bill became huge the company does not give any notice or warnings, they simply rip consumers off. Especially if you are elderly and not technically inclined. Frankly the indudtry should be regulated to prevent this kind of greedy behaviour.
