We have changed to Now and found the transition from one provider to them to be seamless. Prompt communication meant we knew exactly when we would be changed over with instructions on what we needed to do as well.
They were only a phone call away without a long wait to talk to a human who was extremely helpful too.

Local people available for help. Great hours fir phoning for help if needed too.

Avoid at all costs.

It takes up to two hours to get to the support on the phone. If they won't drop your call in a middle, as they really like to do. Give them a call if you don't believe it can be that bad.

Two degrees can just decide to cut your connection off with no reason or warning because of some internal migration. Moving house was a disaster, they kept losing my details, some overseas support person just did not log a ticket in their system, or something. I sp ...read more
