Well you pay for 900mb and you only get 200mb. Then its not even a steady 200mb it drops to practically nothing and everytime i call them. We go through the basic stuff and then they say they will get back to you. Nothing
I spent an entire week at different times of the day taking screen shots of recommended speed test sites by them and i went and got 3 different wifi 6 engaged modems and after all this.
They tell me they cannot see anything wrong.
I had the
m on the phone screenshot plugged in and wired.
Tried for hours trying to get assistance and no manager or tl would ever get back to me after cs advised they would.
Honestly. Cannot wait to leave them and once i do. Off to umbudsman for service providers to seek reparation
