Been with them for a few years. Noticed connection issues for quite some time but was bareable. Until lately it got pretty bad and disconnects every a few minutes. Was fine for the first few months, then it got a bit slower, then the first major outage of a day or more, once finally sorted(they seemed to have little clue, blaming it all on those they buy services from), continually slower & patchier after that(sometimes to the point that youtube would only play at 240p-360p), then just had another major outage for more than 24hours(again blaming others), this time with zero support for seemingly anyone. I've been with One NZ / Vodafone for 3 years now and havn't had an issue. A couple times my internet slowed down but a call to tech support got those resolved.

I’ve been with now since they open in Austin Street and since then I will never switch over to any other company, Now is local company full of qualified staffs whenever I need help or support with my wifi issues at home, I can actually call and talk to a staff member without waiting for hours. I have recommended Now to few of my colleagues, friends and family.

0 customer service, got unstable internet for a few days, called help center and listened to the terrible music for a whole afternoon and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE, with no clue, no queue number, NONE, JUSTMUSIC. SO S***
